Here is another Cinematic I worked on. Did a lot of back end and retouches of the Characters. This project was definitely more technical for me, learning new shaders, muscle systems, cloth, hair, crowd, etc.

Batman Origins TV Spot

 This was from the recent Batman Origins TV Spot we cranked out this past month. This was one of the fastest turnarounds we've done in a while and we divided up the character in several parts.
The Heads were done by James Ku and Alex Litchinko our Supervisor and Most Senior Character Modeler.
The Clothing, Hair, and Background characters were giving to me and another awesome Artist named Gun Park.
Lots of love were put into these characters, hope you'll enjoy them.

Batman Origins - Blackmask

Hey Everyone, Long time without a post. I've been Really Really busy, but I decided to make some time to post up some works that I have done. I worked on Blackmask in the recent Batman Origins trailer. I did pretty much everything including the facial morphs. It was a fun intense project but we were all happy of the outcome. I will post turn arounds later once the Batman art book has been released. ;)

The Grunt Works

I did some minor things, for instance, morph targets, fur, re-texturing, per shot optimization and lot of the grunt work. But it was a learning experience and fun. Hope you guys will enjoy the videos.

Hired at Blur Studios




Hey Everyone,

Well I haven't posted any new art work yet, but I will be soon. I have been hired to work at Blur Studios and let me tell you it's a dream come true. I've been here for 3 weeks now, and time flies when you're enjoying what you are doing. They have me working on some cool projects and I'll be posting them up for you guys as soon as they get released. I haven't had time to work on personal stuff since I'm in the process of moving to be closer to work. I'm learning new methods and techniques so after I get the hang of it I'll definitely be inspired to work on some personal stuff.

By the way, Blur is trying to make The Goon in a full motion picture, and needs your help. Most of the assets are done, and we need that extra push to put it into full production.

Help us out because we really want to make this happen.

Steampunk Cowboy

Here is the Turn around of the character with the Backpack and Gun. I think I am done with him. I designed the backpack after the Ghostbuster backpack. The Gun from a 1862 Colt Single Action Army.

I added the gun in the holster, later I will pose him using it. At the moment still designing the back pack. Thinking it might be close to a ghostbuster backpack feel. Will post more soon.









I added the eyebrows, and made some tweaks as well. Here is some renders from different views. ON TO MAKING THE GUN AND ACCESSORIES!

by the way, the textures were hand painted in zbrush. no, photo-textures we added. all by the mano.




Added the hair and beard scruff today. I also tweaked the skin and few other things. Going to work on the eyebrows and eyelashes next. After that make any adjustments that I see that needs to be made :)



Here is update render of Character. I'm using mental ray lights and shaders. Still working tweaks, and hair. Stay Tuned.
